- A photograph of the item received
- A photograph of the product packaging
- A short description of the issue
Keep the item and all original packaging until our team provides further instructions.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping parcel as soon as the issue is discovered.
Send the photographs and your order number to care@oliviafashion.com. Do not discard the packaging before your request has been reviewed.
